Big Dog’s Takes Over The LINQ

Big Dog’s Brewing Company is taking over the taps at Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza at The LINQ.

For an entire week, beginning on Wednesday June 17, the Las Vegas brewery will offer some of its signature and seasonal beers to guests.

The “Tap Takeover” lineup will include six craft beers. Each one is carefully selected to pair perfectly with a pizza, appetizer or entrée. The team from Big Dog’s will also be around to share information about the beers on tap and how they’re made.

The pairings include…

•  Dirty Dog IPA with the antipasto platter.
•  Red Hydrant Ale with the grilled salmon.
•  Las Vegas Craft Lager with carbonara pizza
•  Watch Dog Wit with the spring primavera pizza

Flour & Barley offers both indoor and outdoor seating in the heart of The LINQ outdoor entertainment district, near Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo.
